Front Hitch that Fits 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel with Tow Hooks

Question:
I’m looking for a front mounted hitch for my 2022 Ram Rebel, 4x4 crew cab. Unfortunately the only options that come up explicitly say “without tow hooks”. I have tow hooks. Are there any options with tow hooks. If not, I will look to remove the tow hooks, but then I need to confirm that the option available will still work. I’m other words, does removing the tow hooks solve the problem? Thanks

Although not listed as a fit for the Rebel model we had a customer come back and tell us they were able to install the Draw Tite hitch part # 65081 on their Rebel model with modifications. They had to cut a small square in the front bumper and remove the tow hooks.
