Can Draw Tite and Curt Hitch for 2022 Mercedes GLC300 Install Same Way

I have a 2022 mercedes GLC 300. The draw tite 2” receiver hitch installation video for a 22’ shows removing taillights and entire bumper fascia upper and lower. The Curt installation video shows them leaving the taillights and upper bumper fascia in place and just removing the lower bumper fascia which seems much easier. The hitches look virtually the same. Is there a reason you have to remove the entire bumper for the Draw Tite hitch like the video shows or can it be installed as the Curt video shows? Seems you shouldn’t have to remove the upper fascia and the lights. Thanks - Sean

The Draw Tite part # 76082 and the Curt # C84ER that both fit your 2022 Mercedes GLC 300 are virtually the exact same so yes you could use the install process of either and you'd be fine.
