I checked with our vendors and the best adjustable ladder rack for your 2004 Titan King Cab is going to be the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # Y01151-5868 with 68" crossbars or item # Y01151-5968 with 78" crossbars.
Both of these options have a 500 lbs capacity for on road use and 300 lbs for off road use. They will attach to your Utili-Track System on your Titan. The uprights adjust from 19" - 30" above your truck bed rails.
