If you do have the factory port for a brake controller then I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR along with the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED39FR. This brake controller is my number one recommendation because it's so easy to install, has such a small footprint, and is one of the easiest controllers to use.
The control knob is so small that you can easily route it through your dash for a factory look and avoid hitting your knee like you would with all other bulky brake controllers. The controller knob glows when activated and has a simple 0 - 10 brake sensitivity instead of a complicated system that requires a bunch of setup and playing around to dial in the correct settings.
If you don't actually have the factory tow package then you'll want to pick up # N40975 as well and install it first. This kit will add a 7-way to your Titan and includes some relays to get everything working.
