The Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set part # 325-GH-R96 have a capacity of up to 10,000 lbs for the pair. If you need a higher capacity, they also offer the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set part # GY52YR which have a capacity of up to 14,000 lbs for the pair.
In regards to using the ramps with a skid steer, there are no exclusions about this from the manufacturer nor do they specify anything about not using vehicles with rubber tracks. Therefore, so long as you are under the listed capacity you should not have any issues.
