Question:
I recently installed LSB64FR and am not getting any error code but the unit isnt heating. The control turns on and monitors temp but doesnt indicate flow or ignition. Any ideas?

It's a bit strange that you're not even getting an error code. Is there still water coming from the hot tap on your faucet or nothing? If nothing there's probably a shut off valve somewhere on the water line preventing flow and cause the unit to not kick on. If there is still water coming from the hot tap then you'll want to run through the requirements for proper unit operation.
The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR requires the following to properly function:
8-13" WC gas pressure (11"WC pressure preferred).
14.5-116 PSI water pressure (40-45 PSI preferred).
12VDC electrical power.
First test your voltage using a multimeter like the Digital Multimeter # PT89ZR. If you're not receiving enough voltage you may be too far from the battery and need to increase the gauge of the wire. You should have 12AWG but may need to switch to 10AWG if your wire is travelling 60 feet.
You'll also want to make sure that your ground wire is running directly to the frame of your RV.
Next you can install the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator w/ Gauge - Brass Item # CAM40064 to keep the water pressure from 40 PSI to 50 PSI.
The gas pressure range for the normal operation of the water heater is that the maximum inlet pressure cannot exceed 3.3 kPa (13'' w.c.) and the minimum pressure cannot be lower than 1.99 kPa (8'' w.c.). Out of range will not work normally.
Also, you'll want to ensure that you removed the gas inlet cap before hooking up the gas as that could be the reason if you forgot to remove it. You'd still be able to smell gas coming from the connection but none would be getting into the unit.
If that doesn't solve your problem you may just have a bad unit and will want to reach out to LaSalle Bristol to get a replacement. Let me know how it goes or if you run into anything else that could potentially be causing the issue.
