According to my contact at DeeZee the aluminum Brite-Tread material used in construction of this underbody toolbox # DZ76 is 15-gauge. Please note that this tool box requires their universal mounting kit # DZDB-2502 for installation. This kit consists of two 18-inch x 18-inch L-brackets and a bag with the required hardware.
Tools required for installation include a drill, clamps, wrenches and a measuring tape.
For your reference the installation instructions are provided.
