You can use the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier, # TH9033, with your Thule Trailway 959 bike rack. The Trailway bike rack is basically just an OEM version of the Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack, # TH934XTR, which is compatible with the Tram Ski carrier, so you will have no problems.
