Do LED Lights or Circuit Board Need Work for Flame Not Working on Greystone F2625 Fireplace

Flames don’t work but a little is this the led light strip or is it one of the circuit board Model # 2625

It looks like page 7 of the owner's manual for your Greystone F2625 says the flame effect is created by the LED bulbs but that you would need a qualified technician to look into the matter.
If you're interested in replacing your fireplace I recommend checking out the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068 which is an updated version of your current fireplace.
