While there is a suspension enhancement option that will work with a gooseneck hitch on your 2022 Toyota Tundra, the air bags you asked about will not because they mount in the same location as the hitch brackets. So instead, what you will need to use are Timbrens, with the correct part number for your '22 Tundra being the following:

- Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # T45MR

I verified that the # T45MR uses a different style and positioning of brackets than air bags, which is why they are compatible with a gooseneck hitch. The Timbrens will do a very nice job of supporting your Tundra while towing, engaging as needed to help level and stabilize it as you tow.

Then for a gooseneck, the correct fit for your truck (and all around great hitch) is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW96FR.

The only other thing you'd need, if you have a short bed (less than 8'), is the 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4585, and then for a wiring harness the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 50-97-410.
