For a hitch to carry your bike rack on your 2004 Lexus GX 470 I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e45AR. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a bolt-on installation. It has a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs which should be more than enough to handle your bike rack and bikes.
