Question:
A iPower 2000 watt inverter generator 120 volt AC plug quit working. Doesnt automatically reset. 12 volt DC plug works fine. How do I reset AC plug? Thanks

If the A-iPower 2,000-Watt Portable Inverter Generator # 289-SUA2000i is running but AC power is not available, you have one of the below issues going on.
1. AC Circuit breaker is open.
2. Fault in generator.
3. Poor connection or defective cord set.
4. Connected device is bad.
To reset the AC circuit breaker, you will need to have the circuit breaker in the off position and restart the generator. Then put the breaker back in the on position. If you the AC output is still not working, then you have another issue going on.
If there is a fault in the generator you would want to contact the manufacturer. If there is a poor connection or defective cord set, you would want to check and repair. If you suspect your connected device is bad, try a device you know is working.
