Question:
I would like to purchase part # 20137 for my 2004 toyota sequoia. However, I am having difficulty finding the vehicles wiring harness next to the frame where you said it would be. can you please be more specific with helping me locate the connector, or is there a video which can help?

First, if your 2004 Toyota Sequoia did not come with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then replacement connector # 20137 is not going to fit. The connection points will not be present to plug it in. If no factory harness is present you will need to hardwire in a 7-Way.
To hardwire in a 7-Way you will need 2 parts, 4-Way flat harness # 46365. Then to add a 7-Way you will need # ETBC7. I have included links that explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
It is odd that your Sequoia did not come with a 7-Way because it looks like they were all supposed to have one. The factory one would have been slightly to the left of the center of the back of the vehicle (drivers side). Its wiring would have been above that location out of sight. If you do a thorough search and it is not there then hardwiring is the only other option.
