You will need the AdvantEdge Nerf Bars w/ Custom Installation Kit # AA2556004 for your 2022 Ram 3500 4x4. These are custom fit for your regular cab Ram.
We do offer the Bars # AA2055953, Mounting Brackets # AA2055110 and a Replacement Step Pad # AA2055053 separately If you do not need the entire kit.
