What is Difference Between Progressive Dynamics PD9130 and PD9145A

Question:
Will the pd9130 replace the pd9145a. They look identical except for one fuse one the 9130 v 2 fuses on 9145a?

The Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger # PD9130 is a 30 amp converter whereas the # PD9145A is a 45 amp converter. If you went with the 30 amp option you'd be lowering your amperage by 15 amps but it would technically still work assuming you didn't need the additional amperage.
