I have a 2022 Tacoma with a 5 ft bed. Can this fit on a bed rack with the rain fly? Do I have to have a tall rack?

Good question, and to fully deploy the rainfly on your 2022 Toyota Tacoma with a 5 foot bed, you will need a tall ladder rack that goes above the cab. Without it, the rainfly rods nearest to your cab won't have enough room to fully deploy; this will be true for either the 2-person or 3-person SkyRise tent:

I recommend using the Yakima OverHaul HD rack, which has adjustable-height crossbars that will allow you to position the bars at the correct height so you can use the rainfly to ensure you keep dry. The correct fit for your '22 Tacoma with a 5 foot bed will depend on if you have the Deck Rail system or not (the tracks inside your truck bed):
