Hello, does it affect the foot sensor to open the trunk, if I install Hitch from you on the car?

More than likely the Draw-Tite # DT82QR will only limit the kick sensor in the center where the receiver sits on your Lexus NX 450h+. To use the sensor you will need to place your foot on either side of the receiver tube. In some cases it is possible the hands-free sensor functionality may be very limited or possibly lost, although we have not received any reports of this happening.
