I have a 2015 Toyota Tundra that I am looking to put a front mounted hitch on to carry 2 Voyager Radius E-bikes while I am towing our travel trailer. My question is about the bike rack to carry the 2 e bikes. I think they weigh around 42 lbs each. The bikes have 16” tires and no upper bar to strap down. What racks would be recommended?

The Voyager Radius E-bikes are an interesting style and don't leave you with much of a selection for a compatible bike rack. I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202 because this rack is perfect for bikes without traditional cross tubes. It has clamps that are designed for attaching to bike frames like your Voyagers.
The EasyFold rack has a higher capacity of 65 lbs per bike. It also has a ramp built into it to allow for easy loading of heavier bikes. There is no minimum requirement for tire diameter either so your 16" wheels will work with this platform rack.
This fits 1-1/4" class I and II hitches along with 2" class III hitches. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the front part of the carrier is 8". I have linked a review video below.
To add a front mounted hitch to your 2015 Toyota Tundra you will want the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 65080. We do not have the distance from the hitch pin hole to the front portion of your vehicle because of all of the different trim packages. I have linked a review video below.
If you need more clearance we have an 8 inch hitch extender with the item # 80307 which would work great most likely but you have to keep in mind that extenders cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50%. You will still have enough capacity for the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202 and your two Voyager Radius E-bikes.
