The only option for a front hitch on your 1986 Ford F-150 is a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07. Unfortunately, nobody makes a custom fit front hitch for your truck. This is a Class V weld-on hitch. It includes 7" brackets, but if you need longer brackets the # 41990-16 with 16" brackets is also available. We recommend taking this to a certified welder for installation.
