Replacement For 40 Amp Power Converter & Lith Battery Charger

I have a 3240ul power converter with battery charger what is a direct replacement for this out dated unit ?

There is no direct replacement for your 3240UL, as the company that made it hasn't been around for years. Direct replacements are pretty rare, so the best thing you can do is find a similar one, and there aren't available 12 volt, 40 amp converters so the best thing to do is go with a 45 amp converter and charger:
