Question:

I have an older Thule T2 classic hitch bike rack, and I am unable to fit a standard 29er wheel and was wondering if I can buy a new arm that is longer to accommodate for the bigger wheel size. Also looking to buy a new wheel strap for the same rack.

For your older Thule T2 Classic bike rack, you can use the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly for T2 Bike Carriers # 752-1272-001 which measures 31-1/2", for a longer arm, and will also accommodate for a larger tire like you're looking for.
