I have Mercedes MEtris 2019 van and never had a wiring done for a trailer. Can you help me choose the right product? thank you

Since there are no custom wiring kits you will need a universal kit like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 19250KIT. This harness uses zero-contact interface sensors that clamp onto the wires, so no splicing is required. This 4-way wiring harness will work great for your vehicle.
If you are looking for a 7-way then in addition to the 4-way you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This comes with an adapter, wiring, and everything else needed to upgrade your 4-way to a 7-way.
