Are the dimensions given for the cut out or are they the outside face dimensions?

The 74-1/4" long x 35-1/16" wide x 24-3/16" deep dimensions of the Furrion RV Refrigerator # FCR14ACBQASS are the overall dimensions, including the trim piece that would but up against the wall of the cutout hole.

The cutout hole needs to be 72-11/16 inches tall, 31-3/4 inches wide, and 22-13/16 inches deep.
