are these fifth airborne of new manf. or rebuilt? do you carry the warranty or fifth airborne?

Reese is the manufacturer of the 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler, item # 5AB-E510-710, and these are brand new units, not rebuilt. There is a 3 year limited manufacturers warranty on new Fifth-Airborne units.
