Will The Progressive Dynamics Power Center Operate Without A Battery Wired To It

I am working on converting our horse trailer living quarters and have a question about the Progressive Dynamics PD4135K panel. It talks about the battery charging system. I don’t plan to add batteries right away and plan to only have power when plugged in. Will this panel function properly without batteries attached? Thank you

Yes, the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4135K will still function when connected to shore power. It will convert the AC power you're receiving while plugged in to also power your DC equipment, even without a battery present. The charging function will just not be used in your case.
