For a standard trailer hitch you can use the Draw-Tite # 24857 on your 2007 BMW 328i sedan. This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver which will be effective for things like really small trailers, bike racks, and cargo carriers.
If you'd like something a little more beefy that also looks sleek we have the Stealth Hitches system which comes as part # SH44VR for recreational products (like bike racks and cargo carriers) and part # SH88VR which comes with the part for recreational products as well as wiring and a specialized ball mount for towing trailers.
The Draw-Tite will be more cost effective while the Stealth Hitches looks really nice since you can remove the receiver and ball mount accessories so it looks like you don't even have a hitch installed when you aren't transporting something. I tend to lean towards the Stealth Hitches products since they look nicer and have that larger 2" receiver which is compatible with more accessories.
