This carrier can hold 2 bikes, has a tilting feature, which will allow you access to the rear hatch of your Cherokee, and has a weight capacity of 70 lbs. If the ladies bike does not have a horizontal top frame tube I would recommend the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT. This adapter attaches to the seatpost and the handlebar stem, and provides a level bar to attach to the bike carrier. This helps maintain proper ground clearance.
