For a 22' kitchen trailer I recommend going with a minimum 15,000BTU rated unit like the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - White # FR92PR. Since you'll be cooking (generating heat) and handling food in general the higher the BTU rating the better to keep your trailer cool.

This system has the controls on the air distribution box so that you don't have to take up precious space on your trailer's walls for the thermostat.
