I currently have the # RRRVP27 with J-Racks. What would I need to be able to use the Thule Hullavator? I have factory installed flush rails that run front to back.

Since your Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack # RRRVP27 has crossbars which end in the feet we need to get you a roof rack that has overhanging crossbars on your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in order for you to fit the Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898. For this I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack setup as it's easy to use and setup plus it has a dual rubber insert for the top channel so you don't have to trim the rubber insert to install an accessory, like the Hullavator Pro, in the track system.

One of the perks of using all Thule products is that the Hullavator Pro can be locked too if you add lock cores.
