What is Amperage/Wattage Draw of ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad

Im impressed with this heating pad but dont understand how it works with just 65 watts. Ive looked at comparable heating pads sold by different brands and they involve substantially more watts. Can you help me understand how this works with such a low amount of watts?

The ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad w/ Thermostat # 277-000164 is just a really efficient design and is able to put out quite a bit of heat for only drawing 65 watts and 4.8 amps.
