When determining what e-bike rack you need, it truly depends on the individual bike weight. Since you mentioned ~125 pounds, I assume that your e-bikes are about 65 pounds each. It is important to note that your individual bike weights cannot exceed the per bike weight capacity of the rack.
For a great economical option for the weight capacity you need, I recommend the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR. The E-Spec is designed for brute strength to provide you with a 70-pound per bike weight capacity. It is also approved to use on motorhomes, fifth-wheel trailers, travel trailers, and flat-towed vehicles. As far as bike compatibility, the rack fits wheelbases up to 48" long and bike tires with diameters between 20-29". The rack comes loaded with a hitch lock and bike locks, so you do not need to worry about purchasing extra locks.
If you happen to have fat-bike tires between 3-5" wide, you need the fat tire adapters # S64679. Also, if you have women's bikes, step-thru bikes, or children's frames, these require a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 in order to attach the frames to the arms of the E-Spec # S94FR.
