The Thule Tepui Explorer Autana 3 Rooftop Tent with Annex # TH8001ASK05 does have a few requirements to fit on your 2006 Hummer H3:

You'll need crossbars that are spaced 32" apart with a 33.5" railing distance (pictured below).
They'll need to have a minimum weight capacity of 165lbs.
They'll need to be within a maximum width of 3.25" and height of 1.5".
If your crossbars sit on raised rails then the rails will need to have supports in between the ends as well to handle to weight.
