The Aero Style Crossbar T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG915, for the Malone BigFoot Pro Canoe Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG112MD, comes with T-Nuts that measure 1" long x 3/4" wide x 3/16" tall. If you can confirm this will fit inside the channels on your roof rack you'll be good to go!
