All of the hitches available at this time for your 2009 Toyota Venza are round tube style hitches and will be positioned just under the center of the rear fascia on your vehicle when properly installed.
The most inconspicuous hitch would most likely be the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch with Drawbar, item # C12341. The opening on this hitch is smaller therefore less visible but will be positioned the same as the other hitches for your vehicle. With the Class 2 hitch you will not have as many options for towing and accessories as you will with a Class 3 hitch, such as the Draw-Tite Class III Round Tube Trailer Hitch, item # 75663.
