Helpful Expert Reply:
I spoke to my contact at Custer and she stated that on double halogen spotlight # S742 the output is approximately 1,100 lumens per bulb for a total of about 2,200 lumens. Lumens is the same as candelas (candle power) at a distance of 1 foot in any direction. Lumens is used to measure light output in a single direction.
