How to Use 1-1/4 Inch Yakima BuckHorn Bike Rack in 2 Inch Receiver Hitch

Question:
Hello, Our SUV has a Curt 13409 2 trailer hitch installed. We have an older model Yakima bike rack, BuckHorn 1 1/4” 2004-2008. Would eTrailer possibly have an adapter available 1 1/4 to 2 or maybe a suggested replacement Yakima tongue for the bike rack that would work, like your Item # Y8890203? Many thanks in advance!

According to Yakima, the # Y8890203 shank is compatible with your bike rack. This being said, you might find using a reducer like part # HT02 to be an easier option.
