We do indeed offer a hitch option for your 2022 Tesla Model 3 that would be completely concealed once installed.

I'd recommend the Stealth Hitch which features a receiver that can be removed when you're not using the hitch. Once the receiver is removed, the hitch is completely hidden, as you can see in the install video I've linked for you.

If you're just needing the hitch to serve as an attachment point for a hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack or cargo carrier, use the # 391TES317. The receiver included with the hitch isn't intended for towing.

If you also want to tow with the hitch, use # 391TES317T which includes the receiver, the ball mount for towing and the trailer connector wiring harness.
