Hi, Ive got an old hitch that Id like to put in a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 and I was hoping you might be able to recommend an install kit or something similar to complete the task. Ill attach a couple pictures but the tags are pretty well worn, hopefully you can extract some usable information from them. From what I understand the hitch used to be installed in a Chevy pickup? Not sure if that matters... Thanks in advance.

For your Valley 7054 5th Wheel Hitch you will simply need to install a set of ISR base rails. I recommend using a custom fit base rail kit on your 2006 Ram 2500 such as the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # BWRVK2600. The advantage of using a custom-fit bracket kit is that it mounts to existing holes in your vehicle's frame. This minimizes drilling and measuring which reduces installation time and most importantly it avoids known obstacles along your truck's frame.
