With regards to the Hidden Hitch - 2" # DT29GR, I confirmed with my tech at Draw-Tite that you can still activate the hands-free liftgate sensor on your 2022 Audi Q5. In order to activate the sensor, you need to swing your foot in a slightly larger range under the trunk.
