I have a solution for you but there is no Blue Ox baseplate kit available for the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4WD. You will need to use the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # C46JR. This base plate kit will work with Blue Ox tow bars without an adapter.

To flat tow your Jeep you will also need:
Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System item # RM-8700.
Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord item # RM-152-98146-7.
Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM-751471.
