For your 2022 Toyota C-HR we have the Draw Tite hitch part # DR94FR as a confirmed fit. The Curt you mentioned is not a fit and would not work. If you need trailer wiring too the Tekonsha part # 118756 is the best option as it's most reliable and easiest install.
