I have bike rack option with a loading ramp available for you, but the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack, # INH120 does not have an add-on option for a loading ramp. I suggest the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, # TH903202. Like the Inno, this is for both 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches but is a frame mount bike rack design instead of holding by wheels. It does have an aluminum ramp with it to assist in loading bikes and it folds up and stores on the bike rack too. Another thing I like on this bike rack is that it folds up for easy transport and compact storage having built-in handles and wheels to move it around in your garage to store when not in use. This also has a weight capacity of 65 lbs. per bike so rated for e-Bikes too.
If you have a fat tire bike, Thule has the fat bike straps for the EasyFold XT Bike Rack under item # TH985101. And if you have a truck or SUV that sets high enough to cause the loading ramp to be too steep, there is the Extra-Long Loading Ramp for Thule EasyFold XT, # TH933402.
