For a roof rack on the naked roof of your 2020 Acura MDX I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex system since it uses the aero-style bars that help cut down on wind noise and drag when compared to the other more traditional crossbar styles:

Then when it comes to a carrier I really like the Thule Compass # TH890000 because you can use it for either a kayak or a paddle board. If you're needing to transport the paddle board and kayak at the same time then I recommend using the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 for the kayak and then the Lockrack Adjustable Stand-Up Paddle Board Carrier # LR47FR for the paddle board.
