Looking for a trailer tire and wheel replacement. The markings on the tire are as follows: ST235 80R16 and RJ620ST 8 lug pattern

When you mention that you have an 8-lug pattern, I assume you mean the more common 8 on 6-1/2" pattern. It is possible that you have a 8 on 275mm. In order to know for sure, I recommend measuring for your bolt pattern. I went ahead and attached a FAQ article that guides you through the process.
If you indeed have an 8 on 6-1/2" pattern on your ST235/80-R16, I recommend the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" White Mod Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 # TA49VR (load range E) or the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Tire w/ 16" Vesper White Mod Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 # TA66FR (load range G).
