The fit kits between the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and standard 2021 Grand Cherokee are different so we need to go with a different system since the Fit Kit # THKIT3142 you're looking at is only for the standard Grand Cherokee.

For your application you'll need to go with a whole new Thule roof rack system using their WingBar Evo crossbars. These are a great upgrade to the AeroBlade crossbars as they have a dual piece rubber insert for the T-Slot so you don't have to trim anything, and the bars aren't as bulky. Here is what you'll need to get a roof rack on the factory tracks:

47" WingBar Evo Crossbars - Black # TH711220 or Silver # TH711200
Evo Flush Rail Feet - # TH710601
Fit Kit - # TH68FE
Lock Core Kit - # TH450400

You might be able to fit the longer 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars, Black # TH711420 or Silver # TH711400, on your vehicle but Thule has only listed the 47" bars. If you hold your AeroBlade bars over your roof and the tracks on the underside hang over the roof rails then the 53" bars should fit. You can reach out to me with photos if you're unsure.
