Can the step be mounted under passenger rear door to make easier entry to cab? Asking for a short old 70+ lady. Thank you

If you modify where and how the Bestop TrekStep # B7541815 is mounted then I imagine you can get it closer to the rear passenger door on your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty as opposed to further back for access to the truck bed but the modification is something you'll need to look into on your end since this is a custom-fit application.
My recommendation is to install a step that is designed for what you're wanting to do. We have the Carr Hoop Steps # CARR108221, # CARR128221, or # CARR118221 which are excellent alternatives for single steps, or you could install a full nerf bar/running board to give you easier access to all of the doors on your Super Duty.
