Can Handle of Snap Loc All Terrain Panel # SL1500PC6R Install On Front and Sides

Question:

Can both handles on this cart be made smaller to utilize on the shorter ends of the cart? I notice the video and pictures only show one. Thank you

With the Snap-Loc All-Terrain Panel Cart with E-Track Anchor Points # SL1500PC6R that you referenced you can heave two handles on either side of the cart or a single handle in the front of the cart. There isn't a way to have a handle on the front and rear at the same time.
