Hello I have a ARE MX camper shell on 8’ bed. I want to add a roof rack system with platform for hauling 3 kayaks. Im kind of lost trying to find the right set up. Could you suggest the right set up for this type of weight

Your ARE MX camper shell will need roof tracks in order to install a roof rack. Sometimes they come with the roof tracks, so I will provide you with everything you need for a roof rack with roof tracks and for one without them.
If you need the roof tracks, my recommendation is the Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack System - 60" Long, part # THTB60. Once you have the roof tracks, you will need the Thule rack that goes with them.
