Question:
Will a 2011 dodge caravan hitch fit a 2011 dodge journey mainstreet

Expert Reply:
The design of the rear of the two vehicles you mentioned is different enough that the same hitch would not fit both vehicles. The overwhelming majority of trailer hitches are vehicle specific, they are designed to fit only one particular vehicle.
For a 2011 Caravan, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III receiver, part # 75579. For a 2011 Dodge Journey, the Draw-Tite Class III, part # 75648 would be my recommendation. If you look at the linked instructions for both hitches, you can see that the mounting bolt holes are in a different configuration.
The # 75119 hitch you mentioned is a fit for the earlier body style Grand Caravan, and wouldn't fit your 2011 model.
