How Do I Pair the SnowBear Replacement Remote # SB263-284 to My Snowplow Winch?

Will this remote work right out of the box or does it need to be paired or programmed?

I confirmed with my rep at SnowBear that the Replacement Wireless Remote # SB263-284 comes with 2-piece setup with a sending/receiving unit that are paired together at the factory. In order to operate the remote with your winch, you need to unplug the old receiver unit and install the new receiver that came with the remote. After you plug in the new receiver unit, the remote will operate.
